Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms are an agreement between you and FounderSync ("FounderSync", "we", "us"), the operator of foundersync.co.in. By creating an account or purchasing the audit you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

FounderSync is a structured co-founder compatibility audit. It is a decision aid, not legal advice, therapy, business consulting, or a substitute for a founders' agreement. Reports are informational.

3. Payments — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation terms are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

• use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
• upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or that is harassing, defamatory, or hateful;
• attempt to probe, scan, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
• introduce malware, spam, or bulk/automated traffic;
• share your account or use it to impersonate someone else.

5. Your content and our IP

You retain ownership of your answers. You grant FounderSync a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely to provide the service and generate your report. FounderSync retains all rights in the platform, software, question set, scoring model, and branding.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, create security or fraud risk, or fail to pay. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by emailing hello@foundersync.co.in.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific outcome for your partnership.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FounderSync's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of India, save where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
